Your privacy

Grounded & Strong stores the information you and your coach add so she can coach you: your profile, your health and pain history, your workouts, your weekly check-ins, and photos and videos from assessments and progress.

Only Blanca, your coach, can see it. It is never shared, sold or shown to other clients. It is kept private and encrypted.

You can ask Blanca for a copy of your information, or for it to be deleted, at any time. You can also ask from Profile → Privacy in the app.

When your account is deleted, your information, photos and videos are removed. Copies kept in our encrypted backups disappear within 35 days.

When you join, you agree that

• I agree to the privacy notice
• I consent to my health information being stored to support my coaching
